Is it normal for a Jedi to be able to see the force. I think I am seeing the force around other people, but I'm not sure if it's the force or if it's just something else?

It can be either the force or auras ( if you see colors too) and yes, it is normal but not everyone is able to see it that way.

Since not all people see it that way, then does that mean that I am any less or more of a Jedi, or that I simply see it in another fashion?

All of us have different talents but none of us will be less or more Jedi like because of the skills. Skills alone do not determine the Jedi, it is much more then that.

Take a look at this page http://rjkjediarchives.wikispaces.com/Body+mastery. Is it possible to do all the things listed here, like the iron shirt? It aide that you can stop a sword cut, so that you only get a small cut or scratch, is that true? Thanks.

Yes, I think it is possible but you probably would have to spend the rest of your life with that training to master it, otherwise you would get killed while trying to use it in real situation.

You should turn your attention to the basic trainings first smile.gif Even a massive castle would collapse without a proper foundation.

Indeed, it is possible to do many things with the Force, but in order to achieve it, a Jedi should first build a strong relationship with the Force, starting with very simple exercises and meditations, repeated again and again for a lot of time.

May the Force be with you

Master Silmerion, I was wondering if there is a way for a jedi to use the force to do an upward or downward slap with the force. I ask this because i think it could be extremely useful because it could disarm and or confuse an attacker giving a jedi an opening for attack. Thanks.

Hello all, how does one heal him/herself?

There are various ways to heal our body but the most effective ones are the qi gong and probably the force healing.

Force healing requires a lot of energy, big concentration and an advanced energy controll. You can learn about healing in more details later when you have more experience.

About Qi Gong.. that is similar like Tai Chi. Makes the energy flow in the body more smoother and can drastically increase the energy amount of the body. Recommended to everyone who are practicing with the Force.

Indeed, practicing Qigong is very important for the Jedi.
Qigong in chinese means work with the energy (so with the Force)
Here is the link to a Topic where many good Qigong exercises are taught:
http://jediknights.b1.jcink.com/index.php?showtopic=1995

Healing and using the Force to jump or run faster is possible but requires a lot of training, starting with Qigong is the best thing.

May the Force guide you

I'd like to get peoples opinions on this. Do you think it is possible to use the force as a method of lightsaber training. I mean using the force to increase your physical abilities in order to train longer and harder?
